Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using buildmyprompts.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the Platform in any capacity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.

02 The Service

Build My Prompts provides an AI-assisted prompt building platform, including Aria (our AI assistant), voice-to-prompt tools, a prompt marketplace, chain builder, health scoring, and associated features (collectively, the "Service").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

05 Your Content

You retain ownership of all prompts, content, and intellectual property you create using the Service. By saving content to our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve that content to you and, where you have listed content on the Marketplace, to other users.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We do not review all user-generated content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

06 Prompt Marketplace

The Marketplace allows users to buy and sell prompts. When you list a prompt for sale:

07 Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features are available on a subscription or credit basis. All payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's own terms.

08 AI-Generated Outputs

The Service uses large language models (including Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) to generate content. You acknowledge that:

09 Intellectual Property

The Build My Prompts platform, brand, logo, Aria AI persona, interface design, and all associated software are the exclusive intellectual property of Build My Prompts. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our brand, trademarks, or codebase.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

10 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Build My Prompts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100 GBP.

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time via the Manage Profile page or by contacting support@buildmyprompts.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
