Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using buildmyprompts.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the Platform in any capacity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.

02 The Service

Build My Prompts provides an AI-assisted prompt building platform, including Aria (our AI assistant), voice-to-prompt tools, a prompt marketplace, chain builder, health scoring, and associated features (collectively, the "Service").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

03 Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
• You may not create more than one account per person without our written permission.
• You must notify us immediately at support@buildmyprompts.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

04 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening.
• Create prompts or outputs designed to deceive, defraud, or manipulate others.
• Produce content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Generate or distribute malware, phishing content, or exploits.
• Create sexual content involving minors under any circumstances.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or use the Service in a way that interferes with other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform through automated means without our written consent.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorisation.

05 Your Content

You retain ownership of all prompts, content, and intellectual property you create using the Service. By saving content to our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve that content to you and, where you have listed content on the Marketplace, to other users.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We do not review all user-generated content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

06 Prompt Marketplace

The Marketplace allows users to buy and sell prompts. When you list a prompt for sale:

• You confirm you own or have rights to the content you are selling.
• You grant buyers a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompt for their own purposes.
• You may not list prompts that violate our Acceptable Use policy.
• Build My Prompts takes a platform fee on each transaction. Current fees are displayed at the point of listing.
• Refunds on digital prompt purchases are at our discretion and handled case by case.

07 Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features are available on a subscription or credit basis. All payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's own terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds on subscription fees are not provided for partial periods except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to current subscribers.

08 AI-Generated Outputs

The Service uses large language models (including Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it professionally, commercially, or in any context where accuracy is critical.
• AI outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
• The same or similar outputs may be generated for other users — AI output is not guaranteed to be unique.

09 Intellectual Property

The Build My Prompts platform, brand, logo, Aria AI persona, interface design, and all associated software are the exclusive intellectual property of Build My Prompts. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our brand, trademarks, or codebase.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

10 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Build My Prompts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100 GBP.

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time via the Manage Profile page or by contacting support@buildmyprompts.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
